pureed soup with mushrooms. Lovely hot or cold.

cold wild rice,  marinated wapati steak, pickled Ontario mushrooms, wilted ramp greens, roasted corn

clay baked Lake fish (minimum order feeds 1 person $30)

This a traditional method of cooking. The fish comes encased clay in which it is steam.

Simply break the clay with the back of the spoon and your fish is perfectly preserved inside.
